Content & Safety Guidelines
Keeping creativity safe, responsible, and human. These guidelines define what every image and video built with Kaptured.AI should — and shouldn't — be.
Creative freedom, without the harm
We want creators to tell bold stories — never at the expense of someone else's wellbeing. The guidelines below apply to all content generated or uploaded on the platform, and they shape how our review and enforcement work.

Child Safety
Protecting children comes first. Kaptured.AI must never be used to create, share, or promote material that exploits or sexualizes minors. Any such attempt results in immediate action.
Dangerous or Harmful Activities
We don't allow content that encourages, enables, or instructs harm — including self-harm, eating-disorder content, or guidance on illegal or dangerous activities.
Violence & Gore
No sensational, graphic, or excessively violent content. That includes real or fictional gore, suffering, or injury to people or animals presented for shock value.
False or Harmful Information
Accuracy matters when content can affect safety, health, or finances. We prohibit medical claims that contradict scientific evidence and false alerts about emergencies.
Harassment, Hate & Discrimination
Kaptured.AI is for creativity, not cruelty. We prohibit threats, bullying, hate speech, and content that dehumanizes or discriminates based on protected characteristics.
Sexually Explicit Material
This isn't the place for adult content. We don't allow pornography or explicit sexual acts. Educational or artistic nudity may be reviewed contextually.
Context & responsibility
Art, education, and storytelling often push boundaries, so we review content in context. But every creator shares responsibility for using AI ethically and respecting others.

If you spot content that violates these guidelines, report it. Our trust and safety team reviews reports quickly and takes appropriate action — your vigilance keeps the platform safe for everyone.
