Creatives Head
Creative Full-time Remote / Hybrid
Creatives Head
Lead the creative direction of every shoot and film we deliver. You'll run the creative team, set the look for each brand and keep quality consistent across projects.
What you'll do
- Set the creative direction for each client brand and season
- Lead and mentor designers, video editors and stylists
- Review every campaign, catalogue and film before it ships
- Work with sales and production to scope new projects
- Keep budgets and timelines on track without lowering the bar
What you bring
- 8+ years in creative leadership
- A portfolio that spans photography, video and campaigns
- Experience running a creative team day to day
- Strong presentation skills with clients and founders
- A sharp eye for fashion, ecommerce and brand work
Nice to have
- Background in a fashion brand or fashion media
- Hands-on experience directing AI image or video work
- Degree in design, fine arts or a related field
Video Editor
Creative Full-time Remote / Hybrid
Video Editor
Edit the product films, ads and social videos we make for brands. You'll shape AI footage into finished films with captions, motion graphics, sound and colour.
What you'll do
- Cut product films, ads and social videos to the brief
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions and sound
- Grade colour so every film matches the brand's look
- Deliver each film in the sizes every channel needs
- Keep footage and project files organised for the team
What you bring
- 3+ years of professional video editing
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro
- Solid colour grading and audio mixing skills
- Comfortable juggling several edits in one week
- A reel that shows pace, rhythm and finish
Nice to have
- Editing experience for fashion or ecommerce brands
- Motion design or 2D animation skills
- Experience editing AI-generated footage
Business Development Manager
Sales & Business Development Full-time Remote / Hybrid
Business Development Manager
Bring new brands to the studio. You'll find fashion and jewelry brands that need better photos and films, learn what they need and show them how we deliver it.
What you'll do
- Find and reach fashion and jewelry brands in target markets
- Run discovery calls and scope projects with the creative team
- Write proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with client marketing teams
- Represent the studio at industry events
What you bring
- 5+ years in business development or sales
- A record of meeting or beating revenue targets
- Clear, confident writing and speaking
- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
- Self-driven and well organised
Nice to have
- An existing network among fashion or ecommerce brands
- Experience selling creative or production services
- Degree in business, marketing or a related field
Fashion Designer
Creative Full-time Remote / Hybrid
Fashion Designer
Bring fashion judgement to every AI photoshoot. You'll style looks, choose models and sets, and check that every image is true to the garment.
What you'll do
- Style looks and choose models and sets for each shoot
- Write styling guides for each fashion category we shoot
- Check fit, drape and fabric on every image before delivery
- Track trends, colours and seasonal collections
- Work with clients to understand their brand's style
What you bring
- 5+ years in fashion design or styling
- Deep knowledge of textiles and garment construction
- Knowledge of apparel, accessories and jewelry styling
- Experience on fashion shoots or in visual styling
- A portfolio of design or styling work
Nice to have
- Ecommerce or fashion photography experience
- Experience styling for diverse body types
- Degree in fashion design or a related field
