Most AI photo services will fix a wrong colour or a missing button. Far fewer will redo an image because it just doesn't look real, and that's what brands worry about most.
A creative lead directs every shoot and a person checks every image before you see it, so redos are rare. When you need one, you shouldn't have to count them or pay for them.
What's covered
Three reasons to ask for a redo, none of them charged

It looks AI
Skin, hands, hair, eyes, shadows, the way fabric falls, or a pose that reads as unnatural. Anything that makes an image look AI to you.

It doesn't match your product
Colour, print, pattern, embroidery, fit, length, logo and hardware. For jewelry: stone, cut, setting, metal tone and size on the body.

It doesn't match the brief you approved
The faces, set, light, styling, shot list and crops on the casting and set board you signed off.
A new idea after approval is a new shoot, priced before we start
The guarantee covers getting the approved shoot right. Changing the idea after you've approved it is a new shoot, and you get the price first.
- A new set, location or background after you've approved the board

- New products, or colourways that weren't on the original shot list

The terms
Ask for a redo in plain English
- When to ask
- Within 14 days of delivery.
- How to ask
- Comment on the image or reply to your creative lead. Plain English is fine: "warmer light", "the border is darker in real life".
- When it comes back
- Within your batch turnaround, and small fixes usually sooner.
- How many times
- As many as it takes.
- What it costs
- Nothing. Fixes are part of the order.
This is the guarantee in plain English. The full terms are confirmed in your agreement before your first order.
Large catalogue? Agree what a pass looks like before you sign
We'll agree the pass and fail criteria with you in writing: accuracy, realism, crops and file naming. Then we test them on your own products before you commit.
