Content safety standards
Every photo and film made with Kaptured.AI is held to these standards. This page covers what we won't make, how work is reviewed and how to report a concern.
What we won't make
Child safety
Protecting children comes first. Kaptured.AI is never used to create or promote material that exploits or sexualises minors. Any attempt ends the work immediately.
Dangerous or harmful activities
No content that encourages, enables or instructs harm, including self-harm, eating-disorder content or guidance on illegal or dangerous activities.
Violence and gore
No sensational, graphic or excessively violent content, including real or fictional gore, suffering or injury to people or animals shown for shock value.
False or harmful information
Accuracy matters when content can affect safety, health or money. No medical claims that contradict scientific evidence and no false emergency alerts.
Harassment, hate and discrimination
No threats, bullying, hate speech or content that dehumanises or discriminates against people for protected characteristics.
Sexually explicit material
No pornography or explicit sexual acts. Lingerie and swimwear are shot the way the brand sells them; educational or artistic nudity is reviewed in context.
Art, education and storytelling often push boundaries, so we review work in context. Every brand we work with shares the responsibility to use AI honestly.
How work is reviewed
Checked at the brief
Briefs, product files and references are checked against the standards below before production starts, whether our studio makes the work or you use the client app.
Human review
A person on our team reviews flagged or reported work. Context matters, so people make the call on edge cases such as art, education and storytelling.
Action on violations
Work that breaks these standards is removed. Repeated or serious violations end the account. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.
Brand, likeness and IP
Your products stay yours
The products, files and brand assets you send remain your intellectual property. We use them to make your work, not to train AI models for other brands.
Model likeness and consent
Our AI models are synthetic. Kaptured.AI is never used to recreate a real person's face, body or voice without their consent, or to pass AI imagery off as a real person.
Respecting other people's rights
We don't make work that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including another brand's protected designs or logos.
Report a concern
If you see work that breaks these standards, or believe your work or likeness has been misused, email safety@kaptured.ai with a link or a description. We review every report and act on what we find.
