Quality and realism
AI photoshoots that pass for a real shoot
Will it really look like a photoshoot?
Yes. A creative lead directs every shoot, and a person checks every image before you see it. If any image looks AI to you, we redo it, with no limit on revisions.
How is this different from using an AI tool myself?
With an AI tool, your team does the work: preparing photos, choosing models and poses, fixing errors and checking every image. With us, you send products and approve. We do the rest, and a person signs off every image.
What does "Directed by humans. Created with AI." mean?
People make the creative decisions: casting, styling, set, light, pose and the final retouch. AI is how we shoot, so you don't need a studio day. Every image is approved by a person before it reaches you.
Can you match the look of our existing photography?
Yes. Send us your last campaign or your best product page images. We'll match the set, light, colour grade and framing, and lock them into your brand kit.
Can you recreate a reference we love?
Yes. Send a moodboard, a campaign or a post you like. We'll recreate the composition, pose and mood with your product and your faces. We don't copy another brand's models, logos or artwork.
Product accuracy
Your product, true to its colour, print and stones
Will my product look exactly the same: colour, print, embroidery, stones?
Yes. It's the first thing we check. Every image is compared with your product photos, and anything off is fixed before you see it. If you spot something we missed, the Real-or-Redo Guarantee covers it.
How do you keep fine detail such as zari, beadwork or pavé accurate?
We work from your clearest photos and add detail close-ups to every set. Our checklist covers motifs, borders, stitching, stone count, setting and metal tone. For very fine work, we may ask for a macro photo before we start.
Will colours match the real product?
Yes. We match colour to your reference photos and, if you have them, your Pantone or swatch notes. If a product photographs differently from how it looks in person, tell us and we'll correct it to the true colour.
Will the fit and size look right on the model?
Yes. Garments are shot on a body that suits your size chart, and jewelry is placed at its real dimensions. Send us measurements or drop lengths and we'll shoot to them.
Will you add or remove details from my product?
No. The product in your photos is the product in your images. We don't add buttons, change hems or clean up hand-finished irregularities unless you ask us to.
Faces and consistency
One cast of faces across every product and season
Can we use the same model across all our products?
Yes, and that's the point. Choose your faces once, or have one built only for you. They appear on every product, every season.
Are the models real people?
No. Our models are AI-cast faces, not real people, so there are no day rates, no availability problems and no usage renewals.
Who else can use "our" model?
Nobody. Faces in your brand kit are exclusive to your brand and are never shown to or used for another brand.
Can we choose age, size, skin tone and look?
Yes. Our cast covers a wide range of ages, sizes, skin tones and looks, including plus-size and mature models. Kidswear is cast with age-appropriate faces.
Can you use our real brand ambassador or model?
Only with that person's written consent for this use. Talk to us first: it's handled case by case, under a separate agreement.
How do you keep drop 12 looking like drop 1?
Your brand kit locks your faces, sets, light, colour grade, framing and poses. We keep a reference set from your first shoot and check every new batch against it.
Process and turnaround
Your part is a brief and an approval
What do I need to send?
Clear product photos (flat-lay, mannequin, hanger or worn), your SKU list and any references you like. Phone photos in daylight are fine. For fine jewelry, we'll tell you which close-ups help.
Do I need to learn any AI tools?
No. You brief us the way you'd brief a photographer or an editor, approve the concept, and receive finished files.
Can I send physical samples instead?
Usually there's no need: photos of the product are all we work from, so nothing has to ship. If you'd rather send samples, ask on your call and we'll tell you what works for your products.
How fast is it?
Delivered in days, not weeks. You approve first looks before the full set is made, so nothing comes back as a surprise.
How long does a large catalogue take?
It depends on volume. We deliver in batches, so your first products are ready early and the rest follow on a schedule we agree with you.
Who will I be working with?
A named creative lead who owns your brand from first brief to final delivery, backed by our designers, retouchers and video editors.
Revisions
Revisions with no cap and no charge
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, for realism, product accuracy and match to the brief you approved. A brand-new concept after approval (a new set, a new model or a new idea) is quoted as a new shoot.
How do I ask for a change?
Comment on the image in plain English: "make her seated", "the border is darker in real life", "warmer light". No forms and no special wording.
How quickly do revisions come back?
Fixes come back within your batch turnaround, and small ones (a hand, a crease, a crop) usually sooner.
Is there a time limit for revisions?
Yes. Send revision requests within 14 days of delivery.
Is there really no limit?
Yes, no limit on the number of revisions for anything the guarantee covers. The only line is between a fix, which is free, and a new idea after approval, which is quoted first.
Who decides whether an image looks AI?
You do. If it looks AI to you, we redo it. You don't have to prove it.
What if my product photo was unclear?
If a detail wasn't visible in what you sent, we'll ask for another photo and then fix it, still at no charge. Your creative lead checks your photos before the shoot to catch this early.
Does the guarantee cover video?
The Real-or-Redo Guarantee is written for photoshoots. Films carry their own promise: we revise free until the cut is right, on the terms set for your project.
Rights and privacy
Images that stay yours and stay private
Can I use the images in ads, print and marketplaces?
Yes. You get full commercial usage rights, exclusive to your brand, with no licence fees and no time limits: your website, marketplaces, ads, social, print and out-of-home.
Do I own the copyright?
Copyright in AI-made images is treated differently from country to country, so we don't promise it. What we do promise is full commercial usage rights, exclusive to your brand. Check anything specific with your own counsel.
Will you show our images in your portfolio?
Not without your permission. Everything is private by default. If you're happy for us to feature your work, we'll ask first.
Will you train AI on our products?
No. Your products, images and faces are never used to train AI models.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. We'll sign yours or send ours, before you send any products.
Do we need to label images as AI?
It depends on the market and on how you use them. Rules differ by country and channel, so check with your own counsel for the markets you sell in.
Pricing
Pricing you see in writing before anything is made
How much does it cost?
It depends on what we're making. Photoshoots are priced per product and videos per video, based on volume, the shots you need and how often you need them. You get a written quote before anything is made.
What counts as a "product"?
One design in one colourway. Tell us how many colourways each design comes in, and your quote covers every one of them.
Is there a minimum order or contract?
No. There's no minimum term: order a single shoot or a monthly plan, and stop whenever you like.
Is the creative call really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation to order. We look at your products, talk through what you need, and follow up with a written quote.
Is there a setup fee?
There's a one-time brand kit setup before your first order: your faces, sets, light, colour grade and framing. It's credited against your first order in full.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you cancel a studio order before production starts, or if you were charged twice or by mistake. Once work has started, we put problems right by fixing them instead: anything the Real-or-Redo Guarantee covers is redone at no charge until it is. The full terms are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy in our Terms of Service.
Can I change packages?
Yes, any time. Many brands start with a single shoot and move to a monthly plan once they're making content every month. Your brand kit comes with you.
Formats & marketplaces
Every channel size, sorted and named by SKU
What sizes and formats do you deliver?
Up to 4K, in every size your channels need: Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Zalando and your own store, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio and Nykaa, and Instagram, Meta and TikTok ads. Every file is named by SKU.
Will images pass marketplace image checks?
Yes, that's what we shoot to. Main images follow each marketplace's published rules: background, fill, ratio, resolution and pose. If a marketplace flags an image, send us the reason and we'll fix it.
What is ghost mannequin photography?
It's a hollow-body shot: the garment keeps its 3D shape as if worn, but no person or mannequin is visible. It's the clean, consistent look many catalogues and marketplaces use for secondary images.
Can you make ghost mannequin images from our photos?
Yes: from mannequin, hanger, flat-lay or even on-model photos. We deliver the front and back, on clean white or your brand background, with one consistent shadow and crop across the whole catalogue.
Can I get ghost mannequin and on-model shots for the same product?
Yes. Many brands use on-model for the main image and ghost mannequin for secondary slots and their own store. Add ghost mannequin to any on-model shoot, product by product.
Can Amazon main images be ghost mannequin?
Usually not for adult apparel: Amazon generally expects a standing model in the main image, so we shoot that and use ghost mannequin in secondary slots. Check your sub-category's style guide.
Where do you deliver the files?
To Google Drive, Dropbox or your Shopify store, sorted into a folder per product.
Categories
Fashion, footwear, bags and jewelry, all shot with AI
What categories do you shoot?
Women's, men's and kids' fashion, ethnic and bridal wear, lingerie and swim, plus-size, activewear, footwear, bags and accessories, and fine, demi-fine and fashion jewelry.
Do you shoot jewelry?
Yes, and it's one of our specialities. We shoot on-model, macro and packshot images, with stones, settings and metal tone checked by a person, and every piece true to size on the body.
Do you shoot lingerie and swimwear?
Yes, tastefully, on a range of body types, with sheer fabrics kept accurate.
Do you shoot kidswear?
Yes, with age-appropriate casting, poses and sets.
Can you style our clothes with accessories?
Yes. Use our wardrobe of shoes, bags and jewelry, or send your own pieces to pair in.
Can you show products before they're manufactured?
Yes. From samples or CADs, we shoot line sheets and catalogue pages so buyers can see the collection before production.
Video
AI video with the same faces and set as your photos
Can you do video too?
Yes. We're also an AI video production studio. Any shoot can include product clips, reels and ad cuts with the same faces and set.
How much is a video?
It's quoted per video, by what the video needs: its length, the number of scenes, voiceover and music, and how much editing and motion graphics it carries.
What kinds of clips do you make?
Turns, walks, fabric moving as the model moves, light travelling across a stone, and slow detail pans. Each comes vertical, square or widescreen for the channel it runs on.
