The Challenge

Ethnic Cottler wanted a faster way to generate outfit shoots for their ethnicwear collection.

Their biggest challenge was that their bottom wear was fixed across many looks. They did not want to upload the same bottoms again and again every time they needed to create a new outfit image.

This created unnecessary repetition in their workflow. Every time they wanted to generate a new look, the team had to go through the same process even though key outfit elements like pants and shoes were already standardized.

They needed a system that would let them focus only on the changing part of the outfit, which was the topwear, while keeping the rest of the styling easy to reuse.

We built a solution around the way Ethnic Cottler actually works.

Since their bottom wear was fixed, we added all of their bottoms inside the app in one base setup so they would not have to upload or recreate them repeatedly. We also added their custom shoes as accessories, making them easy to include in every look.

For the brand’s workflow, we added 10 bottom wear pant options with their colour variants, 10 custom shoe accessories with their colour options, and 10 custom poses tailored to their shoot requirements.

This meant their team no longer had to build the full outfit from scratch each time.

Now the workflow is simple:

1. Upload the topwear
2. Choose the model
3. Select the pants from the pre-added options
4. Select the shoes from accessories
5. Choose the required pose
6. Hit generate
